We provide fingerprinting with INK ONLY using the standard FBI FD-258 cards for the fingerprinting process. We use high quality ink pads for our ink card fingerprints. The quality ink we use makes all the difference with fingers that may have trouble picking up ink and rolling an acceptable print. It is easy to clean off, and the quality of prints are superior. If you do not already have your own fingerprint card, we can supply you with what is needed.
Mobile Notary services are available upon request
We do NOT provide background checks.
After Hours by Appointment
It is the customers responsibility to verify the requirements of the institution that the prints are being sent to.
Verbal confirmation from customer is required to secure all appointments.
A valid and current photo ID must be presented at the time of service. This can be a state issued ID, driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
After the fingerprints have been processed, we will give you the completed fingerprint cards to take with you and your service is complete.
Cash payments are due at the time of your appointment before we start your fingerprinting service. Fingerprinting specialists will not have cash on hand, therefore please ensure that you have the exact amount due.
Credit and debit cards are accepted methods of payment. Payments are required two hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to secure the appointment.
A mileage fee is incurred for any travel outside of a 20- mile radius from downtown Raleigh.
Appointments cancelled within thirty minutes of scheduled appointment slot will result in the loss of travel fee. (The actual fingerprinting process will be refunded to you)
We want to make sure that you are so satisfied with our service that you refer us to your friends and continue to use our service in the future, we guarantee our work. In the rare case that the fingerprints are rejected or returned as not usable, clients have 45 days from the date of receipt from the institution to provide proof of failure to Raleigh Mobile Fingerprinting. We will provide replacement fingerprints free of charge.
